Ripley's - School trip of the weird and wonderful

  • 1. Minimum Requirement: the minimum number of Students required per booking is thirty (30) for Ripley’s Believe it or Not!™ and eighty (80) for Ripley’s Believe it or Not!™ with additional access to Snowfest Ice Rink.
  • 2. Payment: payment must be made five (5) days in advance of the planned date of the Visit subject to pre-booking approval by Global Village. If requested in advance and pre-approved, payment can also be made on the same day as the planned day of the Visit. Payment will be calculated on the number of Students in the booking and the extra number of Students who finally attend the Visit, Your food and beverage requirements, and the number of accompanying adults, if applicable.
  • 3. Waiver: prior to confirming the date of the Visit, the School shall submit the signed waiver form to Global Village, which will be updated and presented again by the School on the date of the Visit as a condition Precedent to access the Premises.
  • 4. Food and Beverage: any food and beverage brought from outside of the Premises is strictly prohibited. A specially prepared menu shall be made available to You and the Students. Any orders for food and beverages must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of the Visit. Any changes to the number of meals required (whether greater or fewer), must be informed to Us no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date of the Visit. You understand and acknowledge that failure to keep us informed of such changes could result in a particular menu item being unavailable or food wastage.
  • 5. Late Arrivals: the time and duration of the Visit will not be adjusted in case of late arrivals and no allowances will be made in the schedule of the activities included in the Visit.
  • 6. Special Needs: it is required that an advance notification is made by the School in case of groups with a significant proportion of Students with disabilities or special educational needs to ensure the best possible experience.
  • 7. School Group: the School must arrive to the Premises at the scheduled date and time of the Visit and check in, depart, and check out at the same time as a whole group.
  • 8. Cancellations and rescheduling: You are required to notify Us in case of any cancellation or rescheduling plan forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of the Visit. Failing to do so, the School shall pay for all food and beverage ordered for the Visit (if any).
  • 9. Adults: any adults accompanying Students must remain with the Students at all times during the Visit(s), and the School shall remain solely responsible and liable for the Students and their behavior during the Visit(s) at all times. Unaccompanied Students will not be permitted to enter the Premises.
  • 10. Behavior: any unruly behavior or misconduct from the Students, including but not limited to bullying, pushing, physical violence, swearing, causing disruption or damaging any of the Premise’s assets shall not be tolerated and such Students shall be removed from the Premises with immediate effect. The School shall be responsible and make sure that any Students removed from the Premises are either accompanied by an adult or picked up from the Premises by a parent or legal guardian. The Premises management and Our staff reserve the right to refuse entry to or ask any Student(s) to leave the Premises if they are causing disruption or acting in a way that offends or disturbs other visitors to the Premises. No monies will be refundable in such case. The School and accompanying adults, and/or other authorized personnel designated by the School are advised to read and observe at all times all signs and notices at the Premises and must adhere and comply with the terms, conditions, regulations, and instructions issued by Us to the School during the Visit. The School, accompanying adults, and/or other authorized personnel designated by the School are to be respectful and courteous to Our employees at all times.
  • 11. Prohibited Objects: all incendiary or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited at all times.
  • 12. Emergency Protocol: in case of any emergency, the School and accompanying adults must act accordingly and be solely responsible for attending any Student, which may include but is not limited to contacting the parent of the Student and taking the Student to the nearest hospital upon calling ambulance services, if required. You understand and acknowledge that We shall not be held responsible or liable for any expenses incurred in this respect.
  • 13. Changes in the Attractions: Attractions’ prices and/or timings are subject to change at Our sole discretion. Some exhibits, games and/or areas within the Attractions may be closed due to safety or technical reasons, which will not entitled the School to ask for any total or partial refund or compensation.
  • 14. Intellectual Property: all intellectual property rights of the promotional and marketing material produced belong to Us and may not be reproduced or distributed for any purpose whatsoever.
  • 15. Variation: the above terms and conditions may be varied from time to time at our sole discretion.
  • 16. Non- Exclusivity: The Premises are available to conduct Visits for multiple Schools at the same time. Booking dates and Visits will be confirmed subject to and based upon the Premises health, safety and environment standards and capacity. The Premises will not be offered to any School on an exclusive basis. Exclusivity can be arranged for the specified date and Visit based on availability and subject to Our approval at our sole discretion.

  • 2. Payment: payment must be made five (5) days in advance of the planned date of the Visit subject to pre-booking approval by Global Village. Payment will be calculated on the number of Students in the booking and the extra number of Students who finally attend the Visit, Your food and beverage requirements, and the number of accompanying adults, if applicable.
